During her years as a travel physical therapist, she attended a 1-on-1 pilates workshop in Richmond, VA, and knew immediately that this needed to be shared with people of all stages of life and for persons of all abilities, because no other form of movement she has experienced has respected the fundamentals of human body alignment and the state of flow the mind-body connections creates.
At the heart of Camille's practice is a belief in the power of strong fundamentals. Whether you seek physical rehabilitation, manual therapy modalities, or individual Pilates, she works to strengthen the body’s core framework—its alignment, motor coordination, and physical constitution—so that you can move with greater ease and resilience and mold a physique that radiates confidence and strength.
Camille will meet you exactly where you are—whether rebuilding strength after surgery, reducing fall risk, or refining your Pilates foundation and overall fitness—and guide you to exactly where you need to be with a thoughtful, clinically grounded approach that respects the body’s innate ability to heal, adapt, and thrive.
