A 90 minute evaluation covers your full medical history, posture, movement quality, strength, flexibility, joint mobility, balance, and neuromuscular control, so we find the root cause.

Treatment combines hands-on manual therapy, soft tissue work, cupping, and Pilates-based rehab on the reformer and half trapeze. Every minute with your licensed PT, start to finish.

We address orthopedic and sports injuries, chronic pain, spine and joint issues, neurological conditions, amputations, and pre/post-surgical rehabilitation.

Pilates at Physique is led by a physical therapist, so your sessions are built around how your body actually moves. Using the reformer and half trapeze, each 50-minute session is customized to your goals and physical condition. Available as private (1-on-1) or duet. Can also be done in-home if you own a reformer.

Exercise focused without requiring medical treatment. A clinically informed approach for strength, posture, mobility, and performance or simply building a consistent movement practice.
