Our services

A woman is performing a massage on a man's back who is lying face down on a massage table in a spa or clinic setting.

Therapeutic Massage

Target specific tissue imbalances and muscle tension, promote healing and tissue relaxation, and decrease pain. Techniques include lymphatic drainage principles, soft tissue mobilization, active tissue release, and myofascial release.

Cupping

Manual cupping to create suction & negative pressure to soften tight muscles, tone attachments, loosen adhesions, lift connective tissue, bring hydration and blood flow to body tissues, and drain excess fluids/toxins via the lymphatic pathway.

Multiple small bottles labeled 'AcuZon' placed on skin during a procedure, possibly acupuncture or medical treatment.
A woman practicing physical therapy or yoga while a therapist supports her by holding her hands and back as she stretches on a therapy table, with a plain white wall in the background.

Active Assisted Stretching (PNF-based)

Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) principles are applied to improve flexibility, mobility, and neuromuscular control. Ideal for individuals with tight muscles, limited mobility & postural imbalances, or those seeking faster recovery times and improved athletic performance.
