Camille has experience working as a physical therapist in orthopedic rehabilitation, acute/general trauma, and skilled rehabilitation. She has worked extensively with special populations as both a PT and a Pilates instructor including the geriatric population, fibromyalgia, amputees, and Parkinson’s disease, to name a few. She discovered Pilates while working as a travel physical therapist in Richmond, VA, and immediately appreciated the parallels of Pilates with her background in traditional rehab, specifically the emphasis on a strong foundational alignment with enhanced mind-body connection. With Physique established, she wants to make the benefits of Pilates accessible for all levels of people.
At the heart of Camille's practice is a belief in the power of strong fundamentals. Whether you seek physical rehabilitation, manual therapy modalities, or individual Pilates, she works to strengthen the body’s core framework—its alignment, motor coordination, & physical constitution—so that you can move with ease and mold your most confident physique.
Camille will meet you exactly where you are—whether rebuilding strength after surgery, reducing fall risk, or refining your Pilates foundation—and guide you with a clinically-grounded approach that respects your body’s innate ability to heal and function optimally.
TESTIMONIALS
-
I love Camille’s classes, I really miss her weekend classes. Wish she had more evenings or weekend classes. Her knowledge in PT helps so much for people with SIJD and other injuries. She’s exceptional in her knowledge in class and I always feel safe with my shoulder and hand. My SI joint muscles literally feel stronger from just one class with her, she knows exactly how to target. It’s almost like a PT/pilates focused class. She’s excellent.

I have had PT since my 20s in different states and find that Camille listens, finds the right solutions, and adjusts my exercises to fit my needs, and finds alternate ways for me to help what is hurting. I believe the reason I am healing faster is due to Camille's visits.

I have seen Camille for several injuries. She dry needled my neck for a work related sprain— immediately releasing the pain and tension I was experiencing. More recently, I have a labral tear in my right hip. She created a carefully thought out treatment plan to relieve the pain and stabilize my hip joint. She checks in regularly on me to see how I’m progressing. Her expertise and intelligence coupled with her compassion for her patients is unmatched. Anyone seeking treatment from her is truly in the best hands.
