Camille has experience working as a physical therapist in orthopedic rehabilitation, acute/general trauma, and skilled rehabilitation. She has worked extensively with special populations as both a PT and a Pilates instructor including the geriatric population, fibromyalgia, amputees, and Parkinson’s disease, to name a few. She discovered Pilates while working as a travel physical therapist in Richmond, VA, and immediately appreciated the parallels of Pilates with her background in traditional rehab, specifically the emphasis on a strong foundational alignment with enhanced mind-body connection. With Physique established, she wants to make the benefits of Pilates accessible for all levels of people.
At the heart of Camille's practice is a belief in the power of strong fundamentals. Whether you seek physical rehabilitation, manual therapy modalities, or individual Pilates, she works to strengthen the body’s core framework—its alignment, motor coordination, & physical constitution—so that you can move with ease and mold your most confident physique.
Camille will meet you exactly where you are—whether rebuilding strength after surgery, reducing fall risk, or refining your Pilates foundation—and guide you with a clinically-grounded approach that respects your body’s innate ability to heal and function optimally.
